Attorney Donald Marturano of Centennial, CO; deadbeat loser

The state of Colorado provided Donald Evan Marturano with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Donnie failed to pay court-ordered child support and the arrearages he had amassed over time for said child support payments.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 90-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Donnie.
