Attorney Ross Wabeke of Loveland, CO; lying loser

The state of Colorado provided Ross J. Wabeke with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Ross guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Ross was designated as the trustee in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, and requested authorization from the court to hire an auctioneer and hold an auction, which was denied based on lack of notice to the debtor.

Despite having been denied the authority to do so, Ross went forward with the auction, and subsequently renewed his earlier motion without disclosing that the auction had already taken place.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Ross by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Ross practices with Wabeke Brummet & Christiansen at 325 East 7^th Street in Loveland, Colorado.
