Attorney Brandon Marinoff of Westminster, CO; crooked loser

The state of Colorado provided Brandon Marinoff with a law license in 1991.

The Colorado State Bar found Brandon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly evaluate and challenge claims by clients in support of immigration application on which they could not prevail
• Neglected client matters entrusted to him
• Failed to timely file court documents
• Failed to adequately prepare for court hearings
• Failed to keep clients informed of status of legal matter
• Charges unreasonable fees (crook)
• Failed to notify clients of potential conflicts of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Brandon by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Brandon practices with Brandon Marinoff & Associates at 12207 Pecos Street in Westminster, Colorado.
