Attorney Murray MacKay of Calgary, AB; repeat offender

The Law Society of Alberta presented Murray D. MacKay with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Windsor Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Murray guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to report insurance claim in timely manner
• Failed to provide information as he promised to do

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Murray’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society punished Murray by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Murray practices with Murray MacKay Professional Corporation at 3505 32^nd Street in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
