Attorney James Shea of Calgary, AB; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of Alberta presented James G. Shea with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Queens University Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jimmy!)
• Engaged in conduct bringing profession into disrepute
• Failure to return calls from ethics investigators deemed “disgraceful”

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society of Alberta punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Jimmy practices with Shea Nerland Calnan LLP at 715 Fifth Avenue SW in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
