Attorney Malcolm Zoraik of Victoria, BC; lying convict

The Law Society presented Malcolm H. Zoraik with a law license in 1975.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Malcolm guilty of the following misconduct.

• Perpetrated a fraud on the court
• Submitted fabricated document to trial judge

In a succinct comment on Malcolm’s fraudulent conduct, the Provincial Court judge said:

• “In short, Mr. Zoraik manufactured a letter which he knew was likely to become evidence before a court, and indeed sought to have a court rely upon that evidence.”

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society of Upper Canada punished Malcolm by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Malcolm practices with the Brock T. Emberton Law Corporation at 317, 977 Goldstream Avenue in, British Columbia, Canada.
