Attorney Pamela Boles of Burnaby, BC; serial deadbeat

The Law Society presented Pamela Suzanne Boles with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from the University of British Columbia Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Pam guilty of the following misconduct.

Over the course of several years, monetary judgments were entered against Pam and/or Pamela S. Boles Law Corporation which she and the Corporation failed to satisfy within the entry date of each judgment. Those judgments are as follows, all of which were filed in the Federal Court of Canada.

  • Certificate filed Oct, 21 2008 for $16,348.77 plus interest
  • Certificate filed Jan 9, 2008 for $193,527.48 plus interest
  • Certificate filed Mar 16, 2005 for $157,019.45 plus interest
  • Certificate filed Aug 6, 2004 for $24,415.75 plus interest
  • Certificate filed July 27, 2004 for $48,006.06 plus interest
  • Certificate filed April 20, 2004 for $22,667.87 plus interest
  • Certificate filed Feb 6, 2004 for $9,371.91 plus interest
  • Certificate filed Sept 8, 2005 for $6,528.46 plus interest
  • Certificate filed May 11, 2005 for $9,152.04 plus interest

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society of British Columbia punished Pam by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Pam practices with the Pamela S. Boles Law Corporation at 407-408 Nelson Street in, British Columbia, Canada.
