Attorney Stanley Thomas of Sudbury, CAN; ethical misfit

The Law Society presented Stanley James Thomas with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Windsor Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Stan guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Stan found it acceptable in failing to substantively respond to and cooperate with an investigation of the Law Society by failing to produce information and documentation requested in letters and in a telephone call.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society of Upper Canada punished Stan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Stan practices the Stanley J. Thomas Law Professional Corporation at 111 Durham Street in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.
