Attorney Karen Cunningham of Mississauga, CAN; moronic loser

The Law Society presented Karen Rosalee Caroline Cunningham with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from York University Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Karen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Participated in dishonest or fraudulent conduct by her vendor and purchaser clients
• Assisted in obtaining mortgage funder under false pretenses
• Engaged in conflicts of interest
• Failed to be on guard against being duped by unscrupulous clients
• Failed to be honest and candid in advising lender clients
• Represented multiple parties in 14 transactions
• Failed to provide competent representation to lender clients (moron)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society of Upper Canada punished Karen by gifting her with a complimentary 1-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Karen practices with the Cunningham Law Professional Corporation at 300-4316 Village Centre Court in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
