The Law Society presented Simeon Adelowo Oyelade with a law license in 1991.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Simeon guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Simeon failed be on guard against unscrupulous or dishonest clients in 7 real estate transactions; failing to be honest with his lender clients in 4 of those transactions by failing to disclose material facts; and failing to serve his lender clients in those same 4 transactions.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society of Upper Canada punished Paolo by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
