Attorney Dave Tucker of Ontario, CAN; ethical misfit

The Law Society presented David Walter Tucker with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the Osgoode Hall Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found George guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dave found it acceptable to engage in the illegal practice of law at a time that he absolutely knew his law license had been suspended.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society of Upper Canada punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Dave practices with the Delcan Group Inc. at 500-625 Cochrane Drive in Markham, Ontario, Canada.
