Attorney Rosario Talarico of Ontario, CAN; ethical leprechaun

The Law Society presented Rosario Talarico with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Ottawa Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Rosario guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to disclose material facts to his lender clients
• Failed to make reasonable inquires re: unusual features of transactions
• Failed to review or follow express lender instructions

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society of Upper Canada punished Rosario by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Rosario practices with Talarico & Schwisberg Law Offices LLP at 406 Queen Street in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
