Attorney Brett Stein of Memphis; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee provided Brett B. Stein with a law license in 1963 after he graduated from Southern University Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Brett guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Brett’s client who spent one and one-half years in prison for rape because a blood test which could have proved his innocence was not taken or ordered to be taken by Brett.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Brett by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Brett practices at 2600 Poplar Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee.
