Attorney Dale Quillen of Nashville; bully, repeat offender
The state of Tennessee provided Dale M. Quillen with a law license in 1956 after he graduated from the YMCA Law School.
The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Dale guilty of the following misconduct.
Dale’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Dale by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
Dale’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
In one matter, Dale found it acceptable to use excessive force in a physical altercation with opposing counsel that resulted in serious injury to the attorney.
In another matter, Dale engaged in a pattern of harassment against his ex-wife and her attorneys.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Dale by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of his law license.
In truth the comedians sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Dale the Abuser.
Because Attorney Misfits in Tennessee are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Dale was never criminally charged for assault or stalking.
