Attorney Francis Pryor of Whitwell, TN; drunken loser

The state of Tennessee provided Francis Washington Pryor Jr.  with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Fran guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Made harassing visits to client while intoxicated

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Fran by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Fran practices at 4715 Griffith Highway in Whitwell, Tennessee.
