Attorney John Zimmerman of Murfreesboro, TN; lying loser

The state of Tennessee provided John C. Zimmerman with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny made a statement to the news media wherein he indicated that a judge had lied to the jury. Specifically, Johnny said:

  • “If we can’t make the judges tell the truth to the juries, then we’ve got a twisted system, I think.”

Of course Johnny doesn’t believe he’s “twisting the system” when he tells a lie to the jury. Maybe Johnny should go the nearest bathroom in the courthouse, stand in front of the mirror and say, “Mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s the biggest liar of them all?” The mirror would likely say, “Well of course it would be you, Johnny Baby”

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Johnny practices at 320 West Main Street in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
