Attorney David Ferleger of Jenkintown, PA; ethical dwarf

The state of Pennsylvania presented David Ferleger with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dave found it acceptable to engage in the illegal practice of law after his request to the Supreme Court to have his status changed to inactive was granted.

During the time Dave’s license was suspended, he served as legal counsel of record in at least five (5) separate court cases.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Dave practices at 413 Johnson Street in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania.
