Attorney Joseph D’Andrea of Dunmore, PA; tax cheat

The state of Pennsylvania presented Joseph R. D’Andrea with a law license in 1985.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Joey was convicted of willfully made and subscribed to a false and inaccurate federal income tax return. Joey knowingly underreported his annual by nearly $100,000 over the course of three years.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Joey practices at 320 North Blakely Street in Dunmore, Pennsylvania.
