The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

Failed to respond to opposing counsel discovery requests

Court ordered client’s to pay $3,272 in sanctions because Eddie had failed to respond to opposing party discovery requests

Failed to advise client of court-ordered sanction

Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter

Failed to communicate with client

Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

Failed to comply with client information requests

Commingled client funds with personal funds

Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests upon firing

Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation

Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
