Attorney Brian Quinn of Havertown, PA; thieving drunk

 

The state of Pennsylvania presented Brian S. Quinn with a law license in 1985.

 

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Pled guilty to third DUI offense
  • Pled guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Converted (stole) $34,450 belong to beneficiaries of an estate
  • Charged with and pled guilty one count of disorderly conduct
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to notify client of receipt of funds owing to client
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Brian practices at 22 South Manoa Road in Havertown, Pennsylvania.
