The state of New Hampshire presented Danielle L. Richey Santuccio with a law license in 2006 after she graduated from Penn State University Law School.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standards found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a consequence of her misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Danny by gifting her with complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Danny practices with the Law Offices of Thomas E. Dewhurst III in Conway, New Hampshire.
