Attorney Anthony Rozzi of Haverhill, MA; idiotic loser

The state of New Hampshire presented Anthony Vincent Rozzi with a law license in 2005.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standards found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to file objection to defense counsel’s motion for summary judgment of client’s wrongful termination case against Target Stores
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Tony’s failure to file objection to summary judgment motion led federal judge to grant motion thereby resulting in dismissal of client’s case
• Violated duties owed to his client
• Failed to promptly inform client her case was dismissed by federal court
• Failed to communicate with client
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Tony by gifting him with complimentary censure.
