Attorney Darryl Robertson of Baton Rouge; idiotic loser

The state of Louisiana presented Darryl L. Robertson with a law license in 2002.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Darryl guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to promptly return client’s property
• Failed to make reasonable effort to expedite litigation
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Darryl by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Darryl.
