Attorney Lexlee Overton of Baton Rouge; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented Lexlee C. Overton with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from Loyola University Law School in New Orleans.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Lexlee guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to exercise proper oversight of client trust account

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Lexlee by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Lexlee.
