Attorney Gair Oldenburg of Mandeville, LA; ethical misfit

The state of Louisiana presented Gair M. Oldenburg with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in New Orleans.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Gair guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Gair found it acceptable to continue to practice law despite the fact that his license had been suspended.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Gair by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Howie.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Gair practices at 15250 Arleen Normand in Mandeville, Louisiana.
