The state of Louisiana presented John Kevin Stockstill with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in New Orleans.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny had a criminal case victim sign a confidentiality agreement which could create an impression in the victim’s mind that she was legally barred from discussing a meeting with her father, the criminal case defendant, with anyone, including the assistant district attorney that was in charge of prosecuting the case.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Johnny.
