Attorney Claude Reynaud Jr. of Baton Rouge; ethical misfit

The state of Louisiana presented Claude Reynaud Jr. with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Louisiana State  University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Claude guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Claude failed to properly supervise a non-lawyer assistant.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Claude by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Claude practices with Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson LLP at 301 Main Street in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
