Attorney Murphy Foster III of Baton Rouge; ethical misfit

The state of Louisiana presented Murphy J. Foster III with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Louisiana State University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Murphy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Murphy failed to properly supervise a non-lawyer assistant.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Murphy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Murphy practices with Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson LLP at 301 Main Street in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
