Attorney Roy Rodney Jr. of New Orleans; tax scofflaw

The state of Louisiana presented Roy J. Rodney Jr. with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in New Orleans.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Roy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Roy knowingly failed to timely file his tax return.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Roy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Roy practices with Rodney & Etter LLC at 620 North Carrollton Avenue in New Orleans, Louisiana.
