Attorney David Post of Farmerville, LA; slacker

The state of Louisiana presented David F. Post with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Louisiana State University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to promptly refused unearned fee (cheater)
• Failed to act promptly in representing clients in tax sale matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Dave practices at 105 East Bayou Street in Farmerville, Louisiana.
