Attorney Anthony Bertucci of Baton Rouge; druggie

The state of Louisiana presented Anthony M. Bertucci with a law license in 1984.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tony was found guilty of committing a criminal act after being detained by the Rouge City Police Department after a traffic stop.

Tony was illegally in possession of various drugs and drug paraphernalia. The illegal drugs were hydrocodone and Oxycodone (aka, Hillbilly Heroin).

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year stayed suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Tony the Druggie.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Tony practices at 730 Napoleon Street in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
