Attorney Robin Tolerton of Virginia Beach; ethical gremlin

The state of Virginia presented Robin Leitch Tolerton with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from William & Mary University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Robin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected domestic relations matter
• Failed to respond to client’s repeated information requests
• Took no steps to secure payments per divorce decree for client
• Failed to respond to client re: payments due her for six months

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Robin by gifting her with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Robin practices with Robin L. Tolerton PC at 4936 Cleveland Street in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
