Attorney Rick Winling of Lyman, ME; convicted wife beater

The state of Maine presented Rick G. Winling with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Maine Law School.

In early 2015, Ricky pled guilty to a misdemeanor criminal charge of domestic violence in a deal with the prosecutor wherein a felony domestic violence charge was dismissed.

Ricky was originally charged with domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon involving his wife, a felony punishable by as much as five years in prison.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Ricky the Wife beater practices with Fairfield & Associates PA at 10 Stoney Brook Lane in Lyman Maine.
