Attorney Ronald Shikora of Milwaukee; ethical dwarf

The state of Wisconsin presented Ronald C. Shikora with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely give notice of client’s alibi
• Violated court’s sequestration order
• Court sanctioned Ronnie by excluding testimony of three defense witnesses
• Failed to adequately prepare for client’s trial
• Knowingly disobeyed an obligation owed to a tribunal

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Ronnie practices with Shikora & Kaiser LLP at 161 West Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
