Attorney Mark Mullen of Chippewa Falls, WI; thieving loser

The state of Wisconsin presented Mark R. Mullen with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Hamline University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Illegally billed Public Defender’s Office (PDO) for administrative assistant’s time
• Illegally billed PDO at attorney rate for administrative staff’s time
• Charged and collected an unreasonable fee (thief)
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Paralegal testified Mark instructed her to bill PDO for her time
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Mark practices with Mullen Schlough and Associates SC at 619 North Bridge Street in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.
