Judge Kim Shepard of Orlando; lying loser

The state of Florida presented Kimberly Shepard with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission has charged Kimmy with engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter it is alleged that Kimmy knowingly circulated misleading campaign material. Kimmy misled voters in her 2014 campaign by quoting a 20-year-old Orlando Sentinel endorsement in a flyer without showing it was from a different election.

Kimmy’s misleading advertisement bore fruit as she succeeded in duping the voters in the Orlando area into electing her as a Circuit Court judge at an annual salary of $146,000.

It would appear that the $146,000 salary was the best paying job Kimmy ever had or hoped to have. That clearly explains why she would engage in deceitful conduct to obtain it.

All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Kimmy by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court.
