Attorney Alfred Gilbertson Jr. of Dallas; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented Alfred G. Gilbertson Jr. with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Houston Law School.

The District 6 Grievance Committee found Al guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Al found it acceptable to thumb his nose at the Grievance Committee by refusing to respond to an ethics complaint that was filed against him.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015), Al practices with the Law Office of Alfred G. Gilbertson Jr. at 7509 Inwood Road in Dallas, Texas.
