Attorney Kevin Prendergast of Rawlings, WY; ethical elf

The state of Texas presented Kevin M. Prendergast with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Houston Law School.

The 10^th District Court of Galveston found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to promptly comply with client information requests
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Knowingly disobeyed a ruling by a tribunal

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. February 2015), Kevin practices in Rawlins, Wyoming.
