Attorney Andrew Toscano of San Antonio; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Andrew E. Toscano with a law license in 2000 after he graduated

from Baylor University Law School.

The 37th Civil District Court of Bexar County found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Andy knowingly violated the disciplinary rules by failing to decline or withdraw

from representing a client when he was required to so act.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas

Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of

his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful

punishment to Andy.

As we speak (ca. February 2015), Andy practices with Gene Toscano Inc. at 846 Culebra Road

in San Antonio, Texas.
