Judge David Kreider of Gainesville; apologist for convicted Pervs

The state of Florida provided David Philip Kreider with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

Former Gov. Charlie Crist was duped into appointing Dave as Circuit Court judge in 2010. Dave didn’t get the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

In one matter,Dave decided it was acceptable to testify as a “character witness” on behalf former Assistant State Attorney William Ezzell of Gainesville to have his law license reinstated. Ezzell pled no contest to video voyeurism, a felony in the third-degree.

In his testimony on behalf of the Perv’s effort to have his law license reinstated, Dave had the chutzpah to state in part:

• He’s a very ethical attorney [compared to what?]
• He’s an asset to the legal community

Hopefully, the Perv reimbursed Billy for the costs he incurred in purchasing a pair of Industrial Strength Knee Pads for him to use while testifying on his behalf.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Dave continues to sit as an 8^th Circuit Court judge in Gainesville.
