Fox's Judge Andrew Napolitano: Today’s “Rodney Dangerfield” Award Winner

Congratulations to….

Fox's Judge Andrew Napolitano

Today’s “Rodney Dangerfield” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Andy. In the past, he has been the recipient of four (4) Awards in various categories. Those awards are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

During a recent (late January 2016) interview with Fox comedian Steve Doocy on the Fox News Comedy Network, Judge Andrew Napolitano, Fox’s so-called legal expert engaged in a discussion with Stevie regarding the recent indictments of David Daleiden involving his making of videos of Planned Parenthood facilities in Texas. Stevie made the following opening statement to his low I.Q. viewers.

  • “A stunning turn in the investigation into Planned Parenthood. Activists from the anti-abortion group who documented these potentially illegal practices by Planned Parenthood, the activists are now facing charges.”
  • “The group's founder was indicted last night by a grand jury for tampering with government records.”
  • “Fox News senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano joins us live.”

Comedian Doocy went on to give Andy the following lead in.

  • “And rather than saying, yeah, they broke the laws, they said the people who did the investigating broke the laws.”

Andy followed up by saying:

  • “This is really a head-scratcher.”
  • “And I'm beginning to think that it is a political hit job on the people who did the investigating.”
  • “So you have bona fide [means legitimate Jethro] journalists assuming identities, pretending to be medical ethicists or people in the business of dealing with body parts going to Planned Parenthood saying, all these abortions, are you really selling the body parts?”

Only an overpaid and willing fabricator of false facts would have the chutzpah to claim that the makers of the sham Planned Parenthood videos are “bona fide journalists.” This is like claiming that Glenn Beck is a “bona fide journalist.”

The following conversation took place between the two comedians.

ANDY:  “The Lieutenant Governor of Texas, Dan Patrick, a fiercely pro-life person, asks this prosecutor to investigate. She investigates. Now, what does investigate mean? You empanel a grand jury of 23 people. You tell them who your target is.”

DOOCY:  “Planned Parenthood

ANDY:  “Right, and you produce evidence. The grand jury does not turn around and indict your witnesses, the people who brought you the case, without the prosecutor wanting this to happen."

DOOCY:  “Apparently one of the charges is purchasing human organs, all right. How can you be indicted for purchasing human organs without indicting the ---“

ANDY:  “Seller.”

DOOCY:  “—selling the human organs”?

ANDY:  “You know, this type of indictment will chill, will deter journalists who want to have conversations with people.”

DOOCY:  “Journalist use the techniques every day. 60  Minutes, 20/20 –“

ANDY:  “And so does the government use these techniques.”

DOOCY:  “Of course.”

The Twin Towers of Comedy continued with their prearranged script by saying the following.

ANDY:  “This indictment was announced about 6:00 last night. No indictment. The document is not out there.”

DOOCY:  “Why would that be?”

ANDY:  “It’s unheard of for them to do this. Announce the indictment, say what the charges are. But don't produce the indictment.”

DOOCY:  But ultimately your gut tells you –“

ANDY:  “Political hit job.”

DOOCY:  “Planned Parenthood says they’ve been exonerated.”

ANDY:  “Oh, Planned Parenthood is delighted. They're not exonerated. There are investigations in 14 different states still going on.”

The Houston grand jury along with several state and congressional investigations have all concluded that Planned Parenthood was not guilty of selling or attempting to sell body parts. These facts were well known to Doocy, Fox and Andy the Congenital Liar.

For several years (1987 to 1995), Andy served as a New Jersey Superior Court judge, which only further proves he’s a habitual liar regarding his claims that the Houston DA interjected herself into the matter. In fact, Andy absolutely knew that it was Lt. Gen. Dan Patrick who demanded that a grand jury look into the matter, not the Houston DA. Put simply, it was a political hack of the highest order that sought to do a “hit job” on Planned Parenthood.

Congrats Andy; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Standup Comedians”; you are far too humble.Bullshit Award Winner = 2

  1. Bullshit Award Winner = 3
  2. Misogynist Ward Winner = 1
  3. Screwball Award Winner = 1
