Justice Robert Cordy of Massachusetts; enabler for convicted attorney

The state of Massachusetts presented Robert Cordy with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

Former Governor Jane Swift was duped into appointing Bobby as an associated justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Court in 2001. Bobby didn’t receive the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in Massachusetts. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

Justice Duffly has had her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past twenty-three (23) years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the Boston area was about to offer Bobby a good paying job.

In one matter, Bobby found it acceptable to issue an order reinstating the law license of convicted felon Aderonke O.A. Lipede.

Apparently, Bobby felt that Aderonke had a right to earn a dishonest living practicing law in Quincy, Massachusetts. For a story setting forth the felony conviction of Aderonke, view the URL listed at the end of this article.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Bobby continues to sit as an Associate Justice on the Massachusetts Supreme Court.
