Attorney Joseph Malka of Surprise, AZ; bullying loser

The State of Arizona presented Joseph William Malka with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Joey guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while was sitting as a Municipal Court judge in Surprise.

• Ordered husband and wife into custody without allowing them to make a telephone call or obtain legal counsel and arrange for child care
• Mistreated several people in court for minor disruptions
• Violated litigants’ constitutional due process rights

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Arizona  Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Joey practices at 14537 West Grand Avenue in Surprise, Arizona, which is a suburb of Phoenix.
