Attorney John Shea of New Orleans; ethical dwarf

The State of Louisiana presented John A. Shea with a law license in 1958 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in New Orleans.

Johnny’s misconduct came about while he sitting as a Municipal Court judge in New Orleans.. This led to the Judiciary Commission finding Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly engaged in prohibited conduct by actively participating in the campaign of his son, Scott Shea, to the New Orleans City Council
• Made improper campaign contributions to several candidates
• Failed to respect and comply with the law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Johnny practices with the Shea Law Offices at 132 North Telemachus Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.
