Attorney Brian Schrimsher of Charlotte; ethical dwarf

The state of North Carolina provided Brian S. Schrimsher with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Campbell University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely file final accounting in estate matter
• Failed to comply with orders from clerk of court
• Did not appear as ordered for show cause (contempt) hearing

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2016) Brian practices in Charlotte, North Carolina.
