Judge Stephen Yarbrough – Consummate Workaholic or just a crook?
Below you’ll find various text boxes and other information relating to Judge Yarbrough’s ongoing claims (ca. 1997-2009) that he is Ohio’s quintessential workaholic. After reviewing the facts herein, all of which were gleaned from a review of Yarbrough’s travel and wage records, I think you’ll conclude that he has been engaged in a year’s long scheme to unjustly enrich himself by billing for hours he never worked.

Text boxes 3 and 4 below relate to Yarbrough’s repeated claims of working 8-hour-days at home on the weekends. The date bolded in blue are Sundays, the rest are Saturdays. These facts are provided for context to show that Yarbrough’s scam has been ongoing for at least ten or more years.

Obviously the hours claimed by Yarbrough a total sham. However, to be fair, if on the dates below he traveled to the Toledo Airport and kept going west, he may well have been able to work over 24 hours in one day, right?
Obviously, Judge Yarbrough missed his calling as a standup comedian!
