Attorney Harry Waitzman of Congers, NY; thieving loser

The state of New York presented Harry Waitzman with a law license in 1954 after he graduated from Columbia University Law School.

The Appellate Division, Second Department found Harry guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Harry’s bank records revealed that the balance in said account fell below the amount he was required to be holding in escrow and that for approximately four years the respondent converted these funds to his own use.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Appellate Division, Second Department panel punished Harry by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Harry practices at 18 Old Lake Road in Congers, New York.
