Attorney Sheldon Goldklang of Rye Brook, NY; ethical Ogre

The state of New York presented Sheldon Goldklang with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from St. Johns University Law School.

The Appellate Division, Second Department found Sheldon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal entrusted to him for over 2 years
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Sheldon!)
• Neglected estate matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Appellate Division, Second Department panel punished Sheldon by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Sheldon practices at 800 Westchester Avenue in Rye Brook, New York.
