Attorney Roland Colton of Laguna Niguel, CA; repeat offender

The state of California provided Roland Clark Colton with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of San Diego Davis Law School.

The California Bar Court found Roland guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Roland found it acceptable to submit a form containing an inaccurate entry to the Trustee in his own bankruptcy case. Subsequently, federal prosecutors filed bankruptcy fraud charges against him. After the jury failed to reach a verdict, Roland pled guilty to misdemeanor contempt for not cooperating with the Trustee.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Roland’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reproval for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Roland by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Roland practices at 28202 Cabot Road in Laguna Niguel, California, which is located in Orange County.
