Attorney Elizabeth Campbell of Robertsdale, AL; ethical gremlin

The state of Alabama presented Elizabeth Cobb Campbell with law license in 1991 after she graduated from the University of Alabama Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Liz guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely file wrongful termination claim on client’s behalf
• Client’s federal lawsuit for race discrimination dismissed by trial court because Liz failed to pursue all administrative remedies available to her client
• Failed to respond to Postal Service’s motion to dismiss client’s lawsuit
• Failed to advise client of Postal Service’s motion to dismiss her claim

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Liz by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Liz practices at 23315 Pet Drive in Robertsdale, Alabama, which is located in the Mobile area.
